Shipping policy

SHIPPING COUNTRY  

We currently only offer shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to any other countries or regions at this time.

Very regrettably, we can't ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

SHIPPING COST  

Shipping is a flat $5 for orders under $79. Orders $79 and over ship free.

SHIPPING TIME  

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number.

COSTOMS DUTY  

All applicable duties and taxes for orders shipped within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be fully covered by us.

OTHER ISSUES

In case your package is lost during transit, please email us at  support@longhutao.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
